Every appointment that is booked at Mirror Mirror is exclusive to the client this means you will get the stylist/therapist full time and engagement,

You can cancel for free more than 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment,

You will receive a booking confirmation when you make your appointment this will have on it all the information you need regarding your appointment, please read through it carefully.

48 hours before your appointment you will receive a text to confirm your appointment, This is simply a system put in place so we know you will definitely be attending your appointment, if you receive this message and want to cancel please call the salon.

Please make Mirror Mirror aware if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours before. Any changes made to your appointment after that time will result in an invoice of a percentage of the appointment cost sent to the email address and phone number provided.

Failure to pay the invoice will result in you being unable to make future appointments at the salon until this is paid.
