Terms & Conditions

  • We use Paypal as our secure payment processor, all major credit cards accepted.
  • At present, we are only able to accept orders from within the UK Mainland. For orders outside of this area, please contact us.
  • Deliveries are made by Royal Mail, usually before 4pm.
  • Larger orders will be delivered by courier.
  • Orders placed before 4pm, will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery takes 2 – 3 working days.
  • All items remain the property of us until payment is processed.
  • We reserve the right to rufuse any order, without notice. Where a product is not available we will substitue a comparable product to the same value or more.
  • Due to the nature of our products, all products offered are subject to availability, and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • As we use a third party payment processor, we cannot be held liable for any loss of financial information.
  • We will never share, rent or sell your personal details with any third party.
  • Claims for damage, mis-shipping, dissatisfaction should be made within 24 hours.  If you make more than 2 claims, we have the right to refuse to sell items to you in the future.
